Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) | Part-Time

HealthCARE Express is looking for compassionate, confident Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who thrive in a fast-paced urgent care environment. If you enjoy variety, caring for patients of all ages, and being part of a team that works hard while having fun, we'd love to meet you.

We are currently hiring for part-time positions. Two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at HealthCARE Express, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include:

• Obtaining patient histories and performing physical examinations
• Ordering and interpreting laboratory testing as appropriate
• Diagnosing illnesses and developing treatment plans
• Prescribing medications and treatments according to current standards of care
• Performing simple office procedures
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical records
• Following infection control and safety procedures, including proper handling of sharps and body fluids
• Delivering care that reflects current medical best practices while creating a positive, customer-friendly patient experience

When established protocols are not in place, you'll help lead the clinic by supervising and mentoring medical staff with a focus on teaching, coaching, and professionalism. We believe great leaders build others up and create an environment where teammates can learn, grow, and succeed.

Flexibility is important in this role. You'll be expected to cross-train when needed, occasionally assist with responsibilities outside your normal scope of practice, and step in wherever you can to support the team. Schedule & Pay

• Part-time
• 12-hour shifts
• $65/hour and up (depending on experience)
• Applicants must be available to work weekday shifts
