We cant wait to meet you!/ppAs a pharmacist for our Long Term Care Pharmacy you will work in an exciting, dynamic and fast paced environment, ensuring the continuation of pharmacy managements goals and objectives within the dispensing pharmacy. This pharmacist will provide routine and emergency comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services for various drug distribution systems to the centers. We are looking for someone who has a phenomenal work ethic to provide outstanding service and to ensure that the appropriate drug product reaches the customer both efficiently and safely./ppYou will:/pulliEnsure accurate entry of orders/liliMaintain security of the pharmacy/liliAdhere to required delivery schedules/liliVerify orders entered by technician staff for accuracy/liliCheck for completeness and precision of all new and refill labels and orders/liliCheck for content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling/liliPreparation and/or supervision of sterile IV drug products or solutions, if required/liliAssist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs/liliKnowledge of DEA and state law with regards to controlled drug dispensing/liliProvide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during scheduled rotation based on the needs of the business/liliFollow all applicable state and government regulations including HIPAA/liliOther duties as assigned (these vary by location)/li/ulpThis pharmacist will be an integral member of the pharmacy team. Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. The most successful pharmacists demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to prioritize the workflow. The contributions you will make as a Pharmacist in this role will position CVS Health as a leader within the LTC marketplace./ppThis is a full time position. The pharmacist will support a 24/7 pharmacy and could be scheduled for all shifts - day, evening, weekend, and/or overnight. Hours scheduled will be 7 days a week 7am-8pm. There is no on-call requirement./ppRequired Qualifications Must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas, must be active in good standing/ppIV Certification or willingness to obtain IV certification Preferred Qualifications/ppLong Term Care Pharmacy Experience/ppIV Pharmacy Experience/ppImmunization certification or willingness to become immunization certified Education Bachelors of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy/ppAnticipated Weekly Hours 40/ppTime Type Full time/ppPay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $50.48 - $84.62/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
