Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Completion of the required education or training necessary to meet certification, licensure, or registration requirements. Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a high‑acuity Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or other critical care environment. Experience caring for pediatric patients requiring advanced respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Experience with advanced respiratory therapy equipment and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
