Mental Health Specialist – Counselor (Bachelors) The Mental Health Specialist works with other members of MHS staff to provide clerical and admitting support, patient care through assisting the nursing and clinical staff in unit functions, including documentation, physical care, and therapeutic interventions with patients. Job Details Regular: Full time, 1.0 FTE, Evening Shift, 40 Hours Per Week Temporary: Part time, 0.8 FTE, Variable Shift, 32 Hours Per Week Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $28.41 - $43.47 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
