Job Description Clinician I, II or Senior Licensed Clinician | Alaska Behavioral Health Partial Hospitalization Program | Anchorage Salary Range: $60,000 to $110,828 What You’ll Do Provide assessments, individual and group therapy for adults. Provide three hours of group service each day in Adult PHP. Be part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides coverage for Child PHP groups. Clinician I Responsibilities Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care. Participate in regular individual and group supervision. Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices including ARC and Trauma‑Focused CBT. Qualifications Master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field. Unlicensed clinicians may be assisted with licensure on site. Pay Range $60,000 to $77,649 depending on experience. Eligible for annual incentive opportunities up to 10% of salary. Licensure supervision provided for providers working toward post‑master’s/doctoral licenses. Most common licenses in Alaska: Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, requiring 100 hours of clinical supervision. 100 hours valued at $15,000 to $20,000 as free benefit. Clinician II Responsibilities Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care. Participate in regular individual and group supervision. Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices including ARC and Trauma‑Focused CBT. Provide supervision for bachelor‑level providers. Qualifications Master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field. Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW). Pay Range $72,310 to $93,579 depending on experience. Eligible for $10,000 sign‑on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to 10% of salary. Senior Licensed Clinician Responsibilities Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care. Participate in regular individual and group supervision and receive additional training opportunities as part of the professional development plan. Provide behavioral health services in Anchorage area and statewide via telehealth using evidence-based practices including ARC and Trauma‑Focused CBT. Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with internal & external standards and regulations; document progress for each service provided and review and update treatment plans as specified. Provide clinical supervision for unlicensed providers. Qualifications Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a regionally accredited university and an APA accredited program, or a Master’s degree in Social Work licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or a Master’s degree in Counseling licensed as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy licensed as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Experience working with SED clients and providing trauma‑informed care. 7‑10 years clinical experience providing direct services as a psychotherapist. At least two years providing clinical supervision. Pay Range $85,637 to $110,828 depending on experience. Eligible for $10,000 sign‑on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to 15% of salary.
