Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay: Up to $23.21 per hour

Schedule: Must be flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends

Are you an HR professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, employee services, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee relations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including employee leave tracking, records management, reinstatements, and employee inquiries
• Assist with workforce planning, staffing deployment, and administrative HR processes
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
• Support labor relations activities and assist with collective bargaining agreement administration
• Analyze HR data and reports to support business decisions
• Help drive continuous improvement and employee development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of Human Resources experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Manufacturing, labor relations, or union environment experience preferred
