Job Description Starting Date: Jul 15, 2026 Employment Type: Part-time Two, 30 minute shifts: 9am-9:30am and 3:45pm-4:15pm Hourly Rate: $16.53 Calendar: 1901FT OR 1801PT (9 MONTH) Benefits: 72 hours PTO per year, 6 paid holidays Performance Pay: Available annually for eligible positions. Prorated based on FTE and employment start date. 1% for two or more years of full-time like experience and an additional 1% per year not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%. 1% of hourly rate for a college degree in a similar field, combined with work experience credit not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%. Job Goal Assist students safely through intersections and monitor vehicle traffic. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred First aid training desired Ability to work cooperatively with parents, students, staff, and the general public Knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations, and rules Vision and hearing are adequate to exercise job responsibilities in a safe manner Core Job Functions Place traffic signs where required Utilize proper procedure, walking students through the crosswalk Ensure students’ safety by ensuring students walk within the crosswalk lines Report violators of the 15 MPH zone, both pedestrians and vehicles Perform related duties as requested Perform all duties in a safe and prudent manner as directed Perform other duties assigned that support the overall objective of the position Core Values Excellence in all we do.
