In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications that support critical national security missions. These solutions automate complex workflows and enable mission operators to focus on high-priority cyber operations.You will work in a collaborative Agile environment leveraging DevOps best practices and modern cloud technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. This position is performed onsite at a contractor facility, with telework flexibility based on tasking and customer approval.Provide cloud software research, development, and engineering services to include requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, sustainment, testing, validation, and issue diagnosis/resolution.Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).CapabilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based software applicationsSupport full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, integration, testing, and troubleshootingContribute to system enhancements, performance improvements, and operational stabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-focused capabilitiesSupport CI/CD pipeline development and automation effortsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systemsRequired QualificationsTS/SCI with agency appropriate polyEight (8) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, and troubleshootingBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field is highly desired – Bachelor's degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience – Master's degree may substitute for four (4) years of experience – Acceptable fields include Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similarRequired Technical SkillsMust possess one of the following cloud certifications: AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)Experience with full-stack development (Java and JavaScript)Experience with Java, Spring, and JUnitExperience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue.js)Experience working with REST APIs and JSONExperience with Elasticsearch/ELK and RedisFamiliarity with MongoDBExperience with Docker and containerizationExperience with Kubernetes or container orchestration toolsExperience with AWS cloud servicesExperience with Git or GitLabExperience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins)Desired Technical SkillsExperience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)The Benefits PackageWyetech believes in generously supporting employees as they prepare for retirement.
