Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Overview Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part Time) Starting Wage: $17.00-$19.00 This role requires flexible hours, including traditional and non-traditional schedules. The more you are available, the more you can earn. A valid driver’s license in your state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months is required. What You Will Do Safety First: Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner; observe traffic laws, perform vehicle inspections, maintain and clean the vehicle. Inventory: Count and record inventory with precision; follow a clear, consistent workflow. Mobility: Move between inventory locations; standing or walking for extended periods. Performance: Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are possible. Team Requirements Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse is valued. If you have no inventory experience, training is provided. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools; strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Open to applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds; no degree required; military experience is considered an asset. Access to reliable transportation. Inventory Associate Driver Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 36 consecutive months in your state. Minimum of three (3) years of driving experience. Consent to pre-employment background checks and MVR; may require a pre-employment consumer report. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations. Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Working Conditions Standing for extended periods; use of hands and wrists for repetitive motions; ability to work in low level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching); occasional ladder use; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; travel by car and occasional overnight stays.
