Insights Analyst

IDR is seeking a Insights Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, youll support a high-visibility publishing/marketing organization by delivering actionable insights through reporting, dashboarding, and data pipeline development. Youll partner closely with stakeholders to improve decision-making across performance marketing, channel optimization, and player acquisition initiatives within a fast-paced, data-driven industry environment.

Position Overview for the Insights Analyst:

• Support publishing and marketing stakeholders with recurring performance reporting, ad hoc analysis, and insights on key initiatives
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and self-service analytics tools that surface core business and campaign metrics
• Develop and sustain data tables and pipelines, including auditing and integrating third-party data sources
• Perform trend and performance analyses across marketing efforts (e.g., paid media, user acquisition, product marketing)
• Improve sustainability and documentation for recurring analytics workflows and reporting processes

Requirements for the Insights Analyst:

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or similar)
• 3+ years of professional experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business-relevant insights
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis, data preparation, and pipeline development
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or comparable data visualization tools) to build dashboards and reporting
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders with reporting, data requests, and recurring analytics deliverables in a collaborative environment
