HR Coordinator

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, account management, or supervisory roles within a light industrial/manufacturing environment (preferred).

• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to coach and motivate others.

• Safety Mindset: A strong eye for detail regarding workplace safety and compliance.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and pivot quickly as client needs change.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with clients and employees to select, screen, and manage talent based on specific job profiles and workplace forecasts. A key focus will be building a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure all positions are filled by the requested start date.

You will also establish and maintain a strategic partnership with the client through regular in-person visits, a thorough understanding of their business and direction, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders. This includes following established processes and procedures to ensure success.

Our goal is to create a thriving, welcoming, and positive environment for our talent. This involves initiatives such as sending out monthly newsletters, hosting town halls, engaging directly with employees on-site, and organizing employee engagement events.

You will be part of a seasoned team with extensive experience across multiple manufacturing industries, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
