We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Director of Accounting and Finance to lead our financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions in support of our employee‑owners and long‑term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Accounting and Finance provides financial leadership and insight to shape strategy, decisions, stability, and growth. This role oversees all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, capital management, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight. The Director of Accounting and Finance will be expected to strengthen internal controls, manage financial risk, maintain collaborative relationships with vendors and employees, and drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities Lead financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions to support employee‑owners and long‑term growth. Provide financial leadership and insight to shape strategy, decisions, stability, and growth. Oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, capital management, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight. Strengthen internal controls, manage financial risk, and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors and employees. Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or advanced degree preferred). At least 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in professional services or the A/E/C industry. Experience with ESOP is a plus.
