Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: Base of max. 50k/yr + Uncapped commission Schedule: Monday–Friday onsite (Field-based role with regular visits throughout territory) Interview Process: 2 virtual Must-Haves - 2+ years of outside B2B sales, territory sales, or account management experience 2+ years of selling a service, operational solution, industrial product, facilities solution, equipment-related offering, or technical business solution Proven experience managing and growing an existing book of business while generating net-new revenue Background selling into commercial, facilities, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service-based markets Proven ability to conduct customer meetings, discovery calls, presentations, contract discussions, and closing conversations independently Strong CRM proficiency including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and account strategy Plusses Temporary climate control experience / HVAC experience Experience calling on hospitals, healthcare systems, universities, manufacturing facilities, or large commercial organizations Background with companies such as ABM, Atlas Copco, Grainger, Fastenal, Airgas, Cintas, UniFirst, Aramark, Ecolab, Ferguson, or similar organizations Experience interpreting blueprints, floor plans, construction drawings, or project specifications Job Description The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth throughout an assigned territory by developing new business opportunities for the Climate Control division and expanding relationships within existing customer accounts. This individual will serve as a consultative sales partner to customers across a variety of market segments, helping identify operational needs and delivering heating/cooling/drying solutions that drive long-term value. The ideal candidate possesses strong territory management skills, a track record of account development, and the ability to build credibility with facility, operations, and business leaders. Day-to-Day Manage and grow an assigned territory through a combination of account management and new business development Develop strategic relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account expansion Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and customer referrals Conduct customer meetings, presentations, discovery conversations, and solution-based sales discussions Build and execute territory plans focused on revenue growth and market penetration Maintain CRM activity, sales pipeline, forecasting, and account planning #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
