Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients through standardized assessments and keen observations.

Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to meet both immediate and long-term communicative and swallowing needs.

Engage in dedicated one-on-one speech therapy sessions that emphasize language, fluency, swallowing, and voice.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and families, to devise holistic care plans.

Provide informative education for patients and their families to encourage continuous progress beyond our clinical environment.

Contribute to inpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments as needed, ensuring seamless patient care along their recovery journey.

Maintain impeccable and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and peer collaboration.

Earned Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first 30 days of employment.

Strong command of evidence-based practices for varying age groups, with extensive knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication, fostering relationships with patients, families, and care teams.

Adept at adapting therapeutic techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
