Required Qualifications:

• Current and active Kansas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based speech-language services preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete speech and language screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics for students in elementary grades
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultation, adapting interventions to maximize student progress
• Document student performance, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer support and resources to parents, caregivers, and instructional staff
• Collaborate with fellow SLPs and related service providers to ensure comprehensive care
