Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist, working onsite with elementary-aged students near Olathe, KS. You’ll make a visible impact as you collaborate with staff and students across one or two elementary schools (grades EC-4), supporting a caseload of 50-60 children. Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will help these young learners thrive in their school environment through tailored interventions, assessments, and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid KS SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload of 50-60 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school personnel to support student goals
• Create clear documentation for progress, treatment plans, and required compliance reporting
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services and regularly monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
