You will lead commercial execution while engaging deeply with customer engineering and architecture teams, translating sophisticated DRAM and NAND technologies into differentiated value. The role blends strategic account leadership, technical credibility, and deal ownership, and plays a key role in crafting long-term partnerships.Responsibilities:Own revenue, margin, and share for enterprise DRAM and NAND across a major global OEM accountAct as the primary commercial and strategic interface with customer business and engineering leadersLead pricing strategy, negotiations, forecasting, and multi-year commercial agreementsDrive roadmap alignment, qualifications, and design-ins in partnership with engineering and product teamsDeliver executive-ready insights for QBRs, strategic reviews, and internal leadership discussionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field7–12+ years of experience in strategic OEM or enterprise sales, preferably in semiconductors, memory, or storageDemonstrated ability to engage credibly with engineering and architecture teams on DRAM, NAND, and SSD topicsExperience leading complex negotiations and managing forecasts under demand and supply volatilityProven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Tier-1 OEMs in server, AI infrastructure, or enterprise storage marketsExperience negotiating multi-year supply agreements and account-level commercial frameworksFamiliarity with qualification cycles, capacity planning, and supply-demand dynamicsExperience engaging VP- and C-level customer stakeholdersMBA or advanced degreeAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
