Key Responsibilities for the Imaging Supervisor:

Oversee daily operations of the medical imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Supervise and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide comprehensive diagnostic services.
Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
Implement and oversee quality control programs to ensure optimal imaging results.

Medical Imaging Supervisor Qualifications:

Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent certification in a related imaging modality.
Valid state license to practice in Illinois (IEMA).
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
