Administrative Assistant

Pay : $21.00+/hr.

Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am-4pm With Tuesday and Sunday off

Job Description: We are currently looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant for a company located in Hardeeville, SC.

Responsibilities :

Previous administrative, clerical, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and email
Strong computer and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain and update order, delivery, inventory, and customer records
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, installers, warehouse associates, and management
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities throughout the workday
Ability to handle confidential customer and company information professionally
Flexibility to assist with additional administrative and operational duties as needed

Qualifications :

Previous administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution, appliance, delivery, or logistics environment is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering orders and maintaining documentation
Experience with order processing, scheduling, shipping/receiving, or delivery coordination preferred
Ability to track orders, deliveries, and service-related information accurately
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer questions, delivery updates, and scheduling concerns professionally
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and learning new warehouse or order-management software
Ability to work independently while collaborating with warehouse, delivery, installation, and management teams
Strong follow-up skills and ability to resolve or escalate order discrepancies appropriately
Dependable, professional, and able to remain organized during high-volume periods
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
