Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based teletherapy sessions through live video, effectively treating adults with various emotional issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and other therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Utilize automatically populated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to guide treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
\n
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal that features AI-driven tools for check-ins and follow-ups.

• Engage actively in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and remain updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide treatment to a broad spectrum of clients, focusing primarily on adults facing depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. This role requires a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of diverse populations, ensuring culturally responsive care that respects each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory for this position.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is essential; additional relevant licenses will be regarded favorably.
