Join Our Anesthesiology Team

We are currently seeking board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists to become part of our Main Operating Room (MOR) team at our facility in Kansas City. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic division that includes over 170 professionals, such as anesthesiologists, critical care intensivists, CRNAs, AAs, anesthesia residents, and advanced practice providers across our network.

Position Overview

This full-time role involves managing a variety of MOR cases, including:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedic Procedures
• Robotic Surgery
• ENT
• OB/GYN
• Urology
• Plastic Surgery
• GI Lab
• OOOR Procedures

Our collaborative care model allows for medical direction ratios of up to 1:4, with physicians providing anesthesia personally on rare occasions. Out-of-house call shifts are shared among a team of five anesthesiologists, with in-house CRNA/AA support for OB coverage.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have completed or be nearing completion of an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology residency program or an equivalent, and must be board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology.
