Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our restaurant located within St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and lead a team to deliver an outstanding dining experience to travelers and airport staff.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
• Assist with scheduling and staff management to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment such as an airport setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.
