Finance Manager –Manufacturing

A multinational company with a facility in the Belleville, PA area is currently seeking a Finance Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with their growing team. Finance Manager salaries are anticipated to be $100,000 - $135,000 annually, based on each candidate's experience and qualifications. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Finance Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of recent/relevant Finance or Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of recent experience leading finance, accounting, or cost accounting teams is highly preferred.
• Strong cost accounting experience within a manufacturing operation.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven leadership experience with direct reports and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Willingness to spend time on the production floor learning manufacturing processes and partnering with operations.
• Must be able to work onsite
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field is preferred; however, equivalent manufacturing finance and leadership experience will be strongly considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. No H-1B sponsorship or student visas will be considered.
• Must be able to successfully complete standard pre-employment requirements including a background check, drug screen, and professional references.
