Companion Call Agent (Remote, Full-Time)

How to Beat Loneliness (HTBL) helps seniors and isolated adults stay connected through warm, meaningful phone conversations. We’re growing fast and looking for a few more companions to join our team full-time.

What you’ll do:

* Take friendly phone calls with seniors and isolated adults, offering companionship and a genuinely good listening ear
* Follow a simple call structure (no hard selling, no scripts to memorize)
* Help callers who want more time with us sign up for paid plans
* Log calls and keep your team updated between shifts

What we’re looking for:

* Clear, easy-to-understand English with a neutral accent
* Warm, patient, genuinely good at putting people at ease on the phone
* Reliable with your schedule, this is a full-time job with real shifts
* Sales experience preferred
* Quiet work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection

Pay and perks:

* $700/month, full-time
* Weekly payout available
* Commission on every plan you sign a caller up for, ongoing monthly commission for as long as that plan stays active
