About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Marketplace Operations to lead the transformation of the post-purchase fan experience. This executive role is pivotal in redesigning the operating model to ensure that the fan experience after the buy button is seamless and efficient. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full arc from post-purchase to resolution, with a focus on AI-powered systems that prevent issues before they impact the customer. This includes architecting and owning conversational AI systems, building product feedback loops, and driving margin improvement through excellent post-purchase operations. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in AI-native CX system design, product influence, and a deep understanding of post-purchase metrics and margin fluency. Applicants for the Vice President, Marketplace Operations role at the company should be AI-native operators with a strong background in consumer marketplaces, ticketing, travel, or similar businesses.
