About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to define and lead the operational excellence that underpins its global event experiences. This senior leadership role is pivotal in bridging the gap between creative ambition and disciplined, scalable delivery across live, virtual, and hybrid events. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution, establishing and upholding delivery standards, and developing operational playbooks that ensure both creative integrity and chaos-free execution. Additionally, the VP of Operations will oversee the logistics team, build and maintain a high-performance global vendor network, and champion AI adoption to drive operational innovation. Candidates for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior operations leadership experience in events, experiential marketing, live entertainment, or production, with a proven track record of P&L ownership. The role requires a leader with a calm, decisive demeanor, and a systems thinker mindset, who can effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Key responsibilities include financial and performance management, global expansion readiness, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of top-tier vendors and a genuine enthusiasm for AI, with the ability to lead the charge in its operational application. Success in this role will be measured by flawless event delivery, client impact, and growth, as well as operational margin improvement and the successful adoption of AI tools.
