CNC Mill Operator - 3rd ShiftPay: $20+/hour (Based on Experience)Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through ThursdayTraining will be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift for the first few weeks.Are you looking to grow your CNC machining career with a company that values training, advancement, and precision manufacturing? This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC operators as well as motivated individuals looking to advance into a Machinist-level role.What You'll DoOperate Haas CNC Milling machines, including 4-axis and 5-axis equipment, to manufacture precision medical components.Load materials, run production jobs, inspect finished parts, and make machine adjustments as needed.Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts that meet strict quality standards and tight tolerances.Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.Work with a variety of materials, including metal (75%) and plastic (25%) components.Maintain quality by working within tolerances of ±0.0001 inches and documenting production results.Assist with additional manufacturing and production tasks as needed to support team goals.QualificationsPrevious experience operating CNC milling machines required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.High School Diploma or GED required (must be able to provide documentation before permanent hire).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Capable of lifting 25-50 lbs frequently and exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally.Why Join Us?Competitive starting pay of $20+/hour, based on experience.Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Comprehensive training program with classroom and hands-on instruction.Opportunities for advancement from CNC Operator to Machinist.Stable company with a strong team culture and long-term career growth potential.If you're a CNC operator looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career, we'd love to hear from you!
