CNC Mill Operator - 3rd Shift

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Training will be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift for the first few weeks.

Operate Haas CNC Milling machines, including 4-axis and 5-axis equipment, to manufacture precision medical components.

Load materials, run production jobs, inspect finished parts, and make machine adjustments as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts that meet strict quality standards and tight tolerances.

Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.

Work with a variety of materials, including metal (75%) and plastic (25%) components.

Maintain quality by working within tolerances of ±0.0001 inches and documenting production results.

Assist with additional manufacturing and production tasks as needed to support team goals.

Previous experience operating CNC milling machines required.

High School Diploma or GED required (must be able to provide documentation before permanent hire).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Comprehensive training program with classroom and hands-on instruction.
