As a Senior Client Solution Specialist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities Collect assets and prepare spreadsheets to track collection process Process call reports Meet offsite with appraisers and estate sale vendors Process cash and asset movement and other tasks at discretion of Sr. ESA. Preferred Skills And Experience 2+ years' probate law firm experience, or equivalent experience/educational background that demonstrates familiarity with wills, probate, trust, and estate administration. Job Description Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
