Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations and assign tasks. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across shifts. Train and mentor associates. Monitor inventory and report discrepancies. Support audits and continuous improvement. Qualifications • 3+ years of production experience, including leadership. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Essential Physical Requirements • Ability tolift upto 35lbsand stand/walk for extended periods. • PPE usage and ability to inspect production areas. • Work in varying conditions (cold, heat, humidity, noise).
