Job Summary:
As a Header Fitter Welder, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of our client's industry-leading thermal management systems. Leveraging your exceptional welding skills and expertise in header fabrication, you will be responsible for precisely fitting, aligning, and welding headers to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of welding techniques, including Fluxcore, MIG, Spray Arc, and Stick, to assemble and fabricate headers
- Carefully fit and align header components to precise specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest welding technologies and techniques

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Header Fitter Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in multiple welding methods, including Fluxcore, MIG, Spray Arc, and Stick
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This position is based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in [Company Headquarters Location, California]. The work environment can be physically demanding, with exposure to noise, heat, and various welding hazards. Strict safety protocols are in place, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $54,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
