Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Header Welder to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK . This role focuses on precision welding and fabrication of industrial components used in high-performance heat exchanger systems. The ideal candidate will have strong MIG and TIG welding experience , blueprint reading ability, and the skill to consistently produce high-quality welds in a production environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Experience welding tube-to-plate, plate-to-plate, and pipe-to-plate assemblies
• Strong understanding of welding setup, machine adjustments, and equipment operation
• High attention to detail and commitment to weld quality and craftsmanship
• Ability to perform weld repairs and rework while maintaining standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on industrial equipment components and assemblies
• Weld configurations including tube, pipe, and plate assemblies
• Read and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding procedures
• Set up and adjust welding machines, fixtures, and related equipment
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and production standards
• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and rework as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing guidelines
• Support production schedules and team output goals

Weld Test Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete:
• 6G Pipe Test - 2½" Carbon (TOA)

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing / welding fabrication environment
• Exposure to welding equipment, heat, sparks, fabricated metal components, and active production operations
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
• Fast-paced environment focused on quality and production efficiency
