Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Location: Conover, NC

Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

• Organize, label, and stock incoming materials and inventory

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments

• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting to resolve shipment discrepancies

• Maintain shipping supplies and communicate inventory needs

• Keep warehouse, inventory, and shipping areas clean and organized

• Assist with light manufacturing and packaging duties when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred

• Forklift experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and safety
