365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor, east of I-35, and is seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area. This opportunity is designed for drivers seeking a reliable career, consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base pay of $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- $20 per hour in detention pay beginning after two hours.
- Layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over three months.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Routes and Equipment
- Regional routes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35.
- Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Pet and passenger rider programs available from the first day.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean motor vehicle record and an active DOT medical card.
- For experienced regional drivers: at least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Recent CDL school graduates are welcome for the entry-level route.
- Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor.
- Full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000 for eligible trainees.
