Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and home time you can count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations from Scranton, Pennsylvania, across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per practical mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention, beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Routes and Equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional routes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs are available from day one.
Qualifications and Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean motor vehicle record and an active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
