HR SupervisorWe are looking for an experienced and driven HR Supervisor to lead our human resources operations and serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and payroll administration.You will play a hands-on role in building a strong, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring our people practices align with business goals. This is an in-person, full-time position ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — particularly one with experience in industrial or manufacturing settings and familiarity with OSHA regulations.Key responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesEnsuring compliance with federal and state employment labor lawsManaging employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processesAdministering payroll and maintaining accurate HR records via Dayforce.Delivering training on HR policies, safety standards, and workplace conductDriving change management initiatives that support organizational growthPartnering with department heads on workforce planning and staffing strategiesHR Supervisor Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.401(k) with employer matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance coveragePaid time off (PTO)Retirement planHR Supervisor Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a strong plusMinimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacityProven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance managementHands-on experience with payroll processing and administrationDemonstrated knowledge of employment labor laws and OSHA regulationsExperience supporting change management initiatives in a growing organizationProfessional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as this role involves regular communication with our Mandarin-speaking workforce and stakeholdersProficiency in HR information systems, particularly Dayforce or comparable platformsStrong data management and HR reporting capabilitiesCompetence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and MandarinStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organizationHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive mattersDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesA proactive, people-first mindset with a commitment to diversity and inclusionJOB ID: 177455 #postSharon Shen
