Pittman VA Clinic]( *Primary Care Physician Role Overview:* The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to a panel of veterans, ensuring continuity of care within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The provider will be responsible for the assessment and care of new and returning patients with any number of medical problems (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, COPD, depression, chronic pain). The care may be delivered via face-to-face, telehealth, or video visits though this position may require occasional travel to VISN medical centers or Community-Based Outreach Clinics (CBOCs).
