Advocacy.About the PositionThe Civil Law Associate Attorney will join our Civil Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Catawba County and western North Carolina.Civil Law attorneys start their day checking email, returning messages, checking-in with his or her assigned case manager, and preparing for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case related tasks, and more. The Family Law Associate Attorney will also be responsible for the following:New client consultationsAttend court, mediations, and depositionsResearch and prepare case for courtCase ReviewsPAG Team TrainingsCommunicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writingEnsure the ultimate client experienceCurrent client meetings by providing top-quality customer serviceComfortable with handling a high volume of casesAll other requirements to navigate the case from start to finishOur team will support the selected candidate by providing a mentor, an assigned case manager and weekly training sessions.While previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, all levels will be considered.
