Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois
• Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Understanding of diverse learning needs and commitment to fostering a positive school climate
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing and identifying students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Providing direct counseling services and evidence-based interventions to students
• Collaborating with educators and families to design strategies supporting student success
• Participating in the development and review of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Consulting with school staff to implement supportive classroom strategies
• Offering crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports in compliance with school and state requirements
