Imagine stepping onto the floor in Newton, NC (28658) as third shift begins. You review your work order, prepare your station, and assemble components that will power vehicles across the country. Every measurement matters—and your craftsmanship ensures each part meets exacting standards.

Own the process from start to finish to deliver right-first-time results:

• Execute assembly and machining operations exactly as defined by procedures and quality requirements.
• Use work orders to confirm specifications, materials, and sequencing before you begin.
• Perform incoming checks to identify defects or damage prior to assembly.
• Skillfully operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery with a safety-first mindset.
• Run manufacturing equipment efficiently while maintaining accuracy and throughput.
• Conduct final inspections so finished components meet all specs and quality criteria.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and plant regulations without exception.
• Monitor assembly flow and productivity to support team performance.
• Communicate issues or equipment malfunctions quickly to the right contacts.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and act on work orders and technical details.
• Fine attention to detail with strong manual dexterity.
• Proven, safe use of hand and power tools and production machinery.
• Working knowledge of quality control fundamentals.
• Clear communication and a team-first approach.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with production goals.
• Physical stamina, including lifting up to 35 pounds as needed.
