Production Assembly Technician

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing plant in Boxborough, MA. We are looking for Assemblers on 1st Shift! This is a Temp-hire position. Job Details: Assemble product of assigned cells with some supervision Follow instructions on assigned manufacturing processes Attention to Detail: Assemble product with a low of defect rate All other duties as assigned Hours : 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay Rate: $18.00/hr on 1st QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to follow verbal procedures and interpret bill of material prints Use of mechanical hand tools and manufacturing equipment such as ultrasonic welders, resistance welders, tig welders and parts cleaners Drive to understand and execute processes after initial trainings Required Skills/Experience: Ability to communicate well with peers and supervisors Basic Rohs soldering skills Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination Able to stand for most of the working shift. Ability to lift 30 lbs Preferred Skills/Experience: 6 months or more of assembly experience Use of testing equipment such as leak testers and calibration equipment to verify product performance Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience Job Requirements Teamwork skills Problem solving and critical thinking skills Attention to detail A strong work ethic Ability to work overtime as needed Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
