Desktop Solutions Technician III - Imaging & IT Support

Howard Community College

Howard Community College is seeking a Computer Solutions Technician III to create and implement desktop solutions for users across campus. You will research secure endpoint computing, install hardware/software, and diagnose desktop problems in classrooms, labs, and remote settings. Responsibilities include managing desktop images, deploying software via ConfigMgr, training staff, and collaborating with the Network and Server Groups while maintaining security and reliability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Howard Community College
