• We are hiring immediately for full time  SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Address : 200 S Central Campus Drive, Rm 30, Salt Lake City, UT 84112   Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule: (Hiring for multiple locations)Varying shifts available during hours of operation between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. More details upon interview. 
• Requirement : 1-2 years of food service supervisory experience is required.
  • Conduct weekly inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent shortages. Analyze inventory trends and usage patterns to optimize ordering practices, improve inventory control, and support overall cost-management objectives
  • Manage weekly product ordering for multiple locations, ensuring inventory levels align with business demand and sales trends. Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, substitutions, delivery discrepancies, and other supply chain issues to maintain consistent product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand standards and ensure consistent execution across all operational areas. Conduct and participate in monthly brand and safety audits, as well as bi-annual corporate audits, to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices while maintaining audit readiness year-round.
  • Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff. Maintain accurate daily compliance records, including temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and sanitation documentation. Conduct routine monitoring and follow-up to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and food safety best practices

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.  

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease).
