Responsibilities Include:

• Handle and respond to online base leads,
• Answer inbound phone calls as it pertains information presented on our web base platform.
• Documenting/logging customer details and comments in company base database.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner by phone/text or email etc.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of all-our products.
• Provide exceptional customer base service to all our clientele, (Walk-in, Phone, Online base).
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
• Provide potential customers with all promotion's details of products and services.
• Adhering to and following all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Previous experience preferred, not required
• Call Center experience preferred, not required
• Strong knowledge of the Automotive Dealership language preferred, not required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional Customer service base skills- Required.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License Required
