You consult equipment manuals and manufacturers as needed, collaborate with the Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team while on site, and execute precise repairs or installations. You wrap up by documenting work orders, updating truck stock, and communicating status to the Operator—ready for the next call.

• Complete precise documentation: work orders, time, receipts, and truck stock inventory
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and parts organized for maximum efficiency
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response during non-standard hours
