Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Schedule Type: 3 x 12 Hours

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Current RN License
• Stroke Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan for direct clinical care to assigned patients.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support the facility's leadership to maintain safety and care standards.
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management.

Compliance / Notes:

• Scrubs (RN): Ceil blue or white
• Scrubs (CNA): Hunter green
• Contact House Supervisor for nursing cancellations.
• Patient ratios: 1:7 or 1:8 Nurse to Patient in certain units.
