Work You’ll Do As a Project Senior Engineering Management Specialist the team, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to support maintenance, operational, and business decision-making across Fleet Readiness Centers. Translate user stories and business requirements into actionable data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions within an agile delivery framework. Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Power BI tools to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets. Leverage Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional government and contractor teams, actively participating in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to deliver iterative product improvements. Qualifications Required: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Secret security clearance required 4+ years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report publishing. 2+ years experience in SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance optimization. 2+ years experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting. 1+ years experience working in an agile or scrum environment with strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. .
