You will partner closely with audit, risk, and compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, AI‑enabled solutions, contributing directly to initiatives such as Project Lighthouse and other enterprise AI programs.This is an excellent opportunity for early‑career engineers who are eager to grow their skills in Python, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices in a highly visible enterprise environment.Your Primary Responsibilities:Help design, develop, test, and support production softwareDevelop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using PythonSupport the integration of AI/ML models and data pipelines into enterprise applicationsDesign and implement integrations with internal systems and third‑party toolsWrite unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure high‑quality, reliable softwareCollaborate within Agile teams alongside product owners, architects, DevOps, and infrastructure partnersAssist in troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Experience building or supporting backend services, APIs, or data pipelines in an enterprise environment preferredExposure to production systems in large‑scale or regulated environments is a plusTalent Needed for Success4 years of hands‑on software development experience, primarily using PythonFoundational experience or strong interest in AI/ML concepts, models, or data pipelinesExperience developing and integrating RESTful APIsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Understanding of Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practicesStrong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skillsClear communication, collaboration skills, and a strong sense of ownershipNice to Have SkillsExperience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift)Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)Experience with Docker and KubernetesWorking knowledge of SQL and data modelingFamiliarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learnExperience working in enterprise or regulated environmentsExposure to cloud‑native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging managed services and containersThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
