Production Supervisor - Night shift

Night shift 7pm-7am (Transitioning to 2-2-3 schedule) Salary based on experience (Up to $80,000/year) + BIWEEKLY BONUS PAYOUT UP TO 30% EARNINGS We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, drive production performance, and develop a high-performing team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, managing employee performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop production employees on assigned shift Conduct pre-shift meetings to review safety, staffing, production goals, and operational updates Monitor production performance and ensure schedules are achieved Manage employee relations, attendance, training, and workforce development Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Review production schedules and verify material availability for efficient operations Prepare daily production reports and operational documentation Coordinate maintenance activities and submit work orders as needed Perform inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives Utilize ERP and maintenance management systems to support daily operations Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Qualifications: Associate Degree or Technical Degree preferred 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
