What You'll do: 

• Build relationships with customers and take the time to understand their style, space, needs, and budget.


• Help customers select furniture and décor that work together to create a cohesive look for a room or home.


• Offer thoughtful recommendations on pieces, styles, colors, materials, and coordinating products.


• Create a personalized, consultative shopping experience from the initial conversation through the final sale.


• Follow up with customers after the sale to build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.


• Educate customers on financing, delivery options, and product protection plans.


• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and home furnishing trends.


• Partner with your teammates and leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Who are we looking for? 

• Have a proven track record in furniture sales, commissioned sales, retail sales, interior design, or home furnishings


• Have an eye for design and enjoy helping customers visualize how individual pieces can come together within their space.


• Are comfortable asking questions, listening to customers, and providing personalized recommendations.


• Are motivated by performance and unlimited earning potential. 


• Enjoy building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. 


• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 


• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Furniture Experience Preferred

Furniture sales experience is preferred, but we also welcome successful sales professionals from other industries. If you have a proven track record of building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving results, our paid training program builds on your existing sales expertise by providing in-depth product knowledge, proven sales strategies, and the tools you need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize your earning potential.
